WHY IS FEMINISM?

 INTRODUCTION

 Categorize by gender is popular in human categorization. If the word “gender” explain simply, being male or female can be consider as gender. It based on human’s biological evidences. In generally there are four main genders such as masculine, feminine, neuter and common. Then what is the difference between sex and gender? The socially created roles, behaviors, expressions, and identities of girls, women, boys, men, and gender diverse persons are referred to as gender. And sex refers to a set of biological characteristics that are largely connected with physical and physiological aspects such as gene expression, hormone levels and function, and reproductive behavior in humans and animals.

GENDER JUSTICE 

When talking about gender justice, always it turned to women’s side, because of the oppressive things that happened to women and girls. Gender justice is a human right that every woman and girl has the right to a life of dignity and freedom, free of fear. Today world talking more about feminism that is giving the same place for woman. I think today world, women have the “same place” rather than past. The best example is ancient India. Indian girls haven’t permission to learn. They must be help to their mother and do all the works at home. And also father is the house holder and his orders must follow other members.

 Not only in family but the society, women can abuse in many ways. Sometime the violence can be start with a word.

 But today that situation has calmed down. Still father is the leader of the house but the “father” hears all members’ ideas and gets a decision. Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist who has raised her voice for women’s education. She is about 12 years when she starts this fight and she got the Nobel peace prize in 2014. Michelle Bachelet, Julia Gillard, Michelle Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton are some of activists that raised their voice for women’s education.

PRINCIPLES OF GENDER JUSTICE

 In present world women have many associations to save their human rights and prevent the domestic violence. Today every country has serious punishments for female rapists and child abusers. A world famous UNHCR association represents some principles that legal standers to women and girls that are, “women’s and girls’ rights are human rights, Whether in private or public life, violence against women and girls is a grave violation of human rights and a severe barrier to the enjoyment of other rights, War crimes and crimes against humanity can include rape and other types of abuse against women and girls and Specific rights enjoyed by women and girls, such as those to education, health, land, and housing, need dedicated effort to guarantee that they are realized on an equal footing with men and boys are some of the principles.

SEXISM 

Prejudice or discrimination based on one's sex or gender is known as sexism. Sexism may impact anybody, but women and girls are the ones who are most affected. There are three types of sexism that are, hostile, benevolent and ambivalent. Sexism can exist as several levels in society such as institutional, interpersonal and internalized. Most of people thought that women are weak. I think that is meaningless phrase. In past time women’s only job is doing domestic works such as make foods, take care of children and do husband’s all works etc. but today world the women doing lot of work rather than men. Doing job, take care of children, making food, cleaning and many more. And also women have more powerful endurance and memory. Women do bears the pain of having child which is the greatest pain in the world. So according to all of these facts, there is no reason to tell that women are weak. 

SEXISM AND RELATIONSHIPS

 How can we describe and comprehend the male female relationship? One response to this topic is group membership, which includes the relative social roles that men and women "ought to" fill, and hence the degree to which men and women have status and influence in society. Another concern is personal heterosexual interactions, such as how men and women "ought to" look after one other in their partnerships.

CONCLUSION :

 Female and male all are humans. Those are same but only difference is the biological features. So categorize human as male female and consider as women are weak is useless. Do respect women as you can and give them love we all are same.
