HOW BRAIN LEARNS ???

 WHAT IS LEARNING?

 Learning is an act that helps to continue our day-to-day life. Learning is a process of acquiring new understanding, behaviors, skills, knowledge and attitudes. Ancient human brain was figure out how to find food, how to be saved from predators and how to find a mate. Several thousand years ago that human had only needy thing is to be survival. Gradually nowadays human have many things to learn than basic human functions.


 HOW BRAIN LEARNS? 

“How to learn in harmony with your brain?.” We do have our own capacity to our brain. When someone learns at one saying, others take time to get it. We have to learn with our own style, and use own techniques. It is essential to become a highly efficient and effective learner. You must learn not just for your exam, but for a complete successful person. We all learn from our own life experiences. Since birth, we are learning how to solve problems. We are solving problems from what we had learnt. Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic are the three main cognitive learning styles. Brain has sections to control human body. From the three part of the brain, which is stem, cerebrum and cerebellum, cerebrum is the most important part for learning. Scientists have found that brain grows more when you learn something and less you practicing what you already know. Brain cells get stronger when you are practicing it, and it became a long term memory. Brain never stops learning. You have to keep searching for knowledge. Begin with basic things and continue your learning. Learn by doing, teach what you learnt, take few breaks, test yourself are good techniques to a best learning. You have to take a good nap and good meal time before learning


Preparing to Learn 

Human brain uses 25%-30% of the body’s energy every day. This means you have to get healthy meal before learning. It’s good to eat fruits, vegetables instead of pasta or bread. Not only food, but also water is essential to brain health and function. You have to drink 4 liters of any liquid per day for a good health. Take a nap, break are also essential things to a best learning. A good sleep increases our memory capacity. Without a break, a continuous working can’t do an effective thing. Do exercises are also important to learning. 


PERCEPTION

 Perception is the process of understanding sensory information. Perception is a source of knowledge and justification. There are 4 parts of perception. There are; 1. The perceiver, me; 2.The object, you; 3. The sensory experience, my visual experience about colors and shapes; 4. The relation between the object and the subject. When I see a car, it is a visual experience. When I hear the sound of horn, which is an auditory experience. When I smell the petrol, which is an olfactory experience. And when I touching the car, it is an actual experience





PERCEPTION, CONCEPTION AND BELIEF

A basic way we learn about objects is to find out truths about them in this elementary way. We get a handle on them by perception.




Human brain has own parts for each work. When we learning new things, brain grows. And when we practicing it get strong and that thing become a long time memory. Perception is what we already know and using it when we saw or experiencing something. Learning is an act to helps our day- to – day life. Learning is a process of understanding, behaviors, skills, knowledge and attitudes. From ancient time up to nowadays, human have been learning how to survival, How to find food, how to find mate, how to be great, how to find money etc. But nowadays learning is more complicated. That is not only human basic functions. We have to learn many more things than past human beings. And in this part, we are talking about how brain learns. Brain has parts to control our body. And that one part called “cerebrum” is help to learn.
